Dichorionic twin pregnancy discordant for fetal anencephaly is a seri- ous condition that threatens the normal co-twin’s life by causing poly- hydramniosis, preterm labor and sudden death of one or both of the fetuses. We report a case of dichorionic twin pregnancy discordant for fetal anencephaly delivered at the 32nd week of gestation because of preterm labor and nonreassuring fetal monitoring.
